Introduction:
Xcel Modifieds have two opportunities for racing: Tour Series & Weekly Track Races.
Tour Series
The tour is a travelling series that visits different tracks and features races at special venues and a point series for that tour awards drivers at the end of the year.
Weekly Track Races
Xcel Modifieds participate in weekly programs at tracks and some teams elect to concentrate efforts on one track throughout the season. The tour drivers also compete at some of the weekly events when they are scheduled to race the weekly tracks.
This page will offer information on both but for up-to-date information on weekly series you may have to consult with the individual tracks.

Each race is scored and points are awarded based on finishing positions. At the end of the year a champion for the tour (and at weekly tracks) is crowned.
Xcel has incentive payouts for points.
