Key Principals

• All cars must remain stock from Xcel Chassis
• Interpretation of rules will be at the discretion of the technical inspector. All decisions by Xcel designated officials will be final. If the rules do not state you can do something, assume that you cannot.
• Officials have the right to check anything on any car at any time.
• Officials have the right to amend any rule at any time for the betterment of the series.

Annual Rules Meeting

Xcel Chassis typically holds an annual rules meeting at the Xcel shop at the end of the season. All Xcel car owners and drivers are invited to attend. It is typically the only place and time where rules are amended.

Participants are requested to send any rules changes to the race director in writing ahead of time so they can be copied shared with meeting attendees for discussion of inclusion.

Xcel Chassis race director reserves the right to amend rules.
